*Holiday route information will always be emailed to all subscribers with an email on file. It is important that subscribers reference this information for the most accurate updates on route changes. There may be times we think outside of the box in order to best meet the needs of our community, our staff, and/or our operations. Keeping your email up to date (inbox cleared!) and ensuring we are marked as a safe sender will help make certain our emails will arrive in your inbox. 

During the week of a holiday it is typical that the day of or after the holiday will be moved to the following business day, unless otherwise notified. As indicated above, any route changes will be communicated via email. 

Please ensure your receptacles are curbside by 5:00 A.M. on your day of collection to avoid a missed pick up. Should you miss your pick up and ask for a return trip, an additional fee will be charged, (providing we are able to accommodate your request). If you do not wish to pay for a return to curb trip, we will be back to collect you the following week. Extra fees may apply if you have additional waste outside of your curbside containers. 

Earthbound cannot guarantee pick up times based on growth and need for changes in routes, as appropriate. Your pick up may occur earlier or later than prior pick-ups. If you feel that your collection was missed, please wait until at least 3:45 P.M. to contact our office. At this time, we will address what steps need to be taken.
